Hales Home Care is delighted to announce Demi Lill, a dedicated care worker from our Grimsby branch, as the winner of our latest Hales Heroes Monthly Draw. Demi won an award of excellence certificate and a £1,000 cheque in recognition of her hard work and commitment.

Nicola Coleman, Registered Manager for the Grimsby branch, praised Demi for her contribution to the team. “Demi is a valued member of our team. She has always been polite, helpful and well liked by service users and her colleagues, Nicola said.

In Demi’s words, “I am so happy and excited to win the Hales Heroes draw.” She continued: “I love my job and making people happy. Winning this prize has made my day. I am going to use the money to pay for my holiday to Tenerife.”
